Heating Spa Packs
These colorful fleece bags are filled with a mixture of wheat and rice and make wonderful hot or cold packs. Place in microwave for around 2 1/2 minutes and then use for muscle aches, menstrual cramps, or even just to warm up your feet. These bags can also be placed in the freezer to be used as cold pack. Great for headaches.
To use: microwave for 2 1/2 minutes or keep in freezer
*Note: microwaving too long or reheating when already warm can burn bag.
